PAWSSIBLE RESOURCES

Training

Pawssible does not train service dogs, but we can recommend trainers in the Richmond, VA area who can help with getting started, evaluation, and training of service dogs.

Important Information

ADA Laws and links to forms and application for acquiring a service dog.

Adopt Don't Shop

A dog from a breeder with professional, immersive training is not in everyone's budget and may not be in everyone's timeline.  Pawssible offers resources for people who would rather go the untraditional route.  These local organizations can help with temperament testing of adoptable dogs, and some even offer or can point you in the right direction of a Canine Good Citizen Class.
